The Highwayman are currently looking for an individual to join their team as a kitchen assistant, within this role you can choose which apprenticeship you would like to work towards achieving, either a Level 2 Commis Chef or a Level 2 Production Chef. This is an excellent opportunity and starting point to learn all aspects of food preparation and learning new knowledge, skills and behaviours in a professional kitchen.
